Lightning Minerals is a Melbourne based explorer on the hunt for critical minerals in Western Australia and Quebec, Canada. The company has its sights set on several highly prospective lithium targets across the two continents. However, it now appears set to add two more major lithium projects in South America after signing a binding deal to acquire privately held company Bengal Mining.
