Matt Birney - Welcome to Bulls N' Bears, brought to you today by plant nutrition company, RLF AgTech

Matt Birney - ASX code: RLF

Matt Birney - I'm Matt Birney, and I'm joined now by the Chairman of RLF AgTech, Ben Barlow.

Matt Birney - Hi, Ben.

Ben Barlow - Hey, hello, Matt. How are you?

Matt Birney - I'm good. Okay, Ben. So, RLF is shaking up the global farming game with your ground-breaking plant nutrition products and you've just turned out I see a stellar quarterly which we'll get to but firstly, can you just give me a very quick roll call of your core products that you sell.

Ben Barlow - We're involved in advanced plant nutrition to increase crop yields Matt and that's an emerging space in the ag market and I'm pleased to say that it's very well accepted.

Matt Birney - Mm okay. Well, let's find out, shall we? Let's get into your latest set of quarterly numbers with some rapid-fire questions and answers. Firstly, what was your revenue for the June quarter '25 and how did that compare to the same quarter last year?

Ben Barlow - Well, it was 8.9 million which is really pleasing and up 74% year on year.

Matt Birney - And how much free cash did you churn out for the June quarter and how did that compare to the same quarter last year?

Ben Barlow - Yeah, free cash was 3.9 million. So that was quite quite a long way up. It was up by about 111%.

Matt Birney - Okay now of that $9 odd million turnover figure, what did you spend on product manufacturing and operating costs?

Ben Barlow - About 1.7 million.

Matt Birney - Okay. Good margin. Now I'm guessing this means you turned a profit for the full financial year. A, is that correct? And if so, was this is this your first profit ever?

Ben Barlow - Yeah, just under a million, about 800,000 on the back of a very large loss last year that represent a 782% increase.

Matt Birney - Mm okay.

Ben Barlow - Very pleasing

Matt Birney - What was your, what was your turnover for the entire year?

Ben Barlow - Turnover was just on 26 million, which was up 74% on 24.

Matt Birney - And how much free cash did you finish with in the bank at the end of the quarter?

Ben Barlow - We ended up with about 6.5 million with free cash at the end of the quarter.

Matt Birney - Now, I know China's been a big market for you. How much product did you sell into China for the June quarter?

Ben Barlow - Well, it was a really good quarter, 5.3 million, our best one, and that just reflected strong recovery over there and really good commercial momentum by our team.

Matt Birney - And back in Australia, how many distributors have you got these days?

Ben Barlow - Well, there's 11 main distributor groups and of those 11 we're in 520 stores today from a standing start at the beginning of calendar year.

Matt Birney - Ben Barlow from RLF AgTech.

Matt Birney - Thanks for joining me on Bulls N' Bears and remember we're only here to give you information, not advice, which you should of course seek independently.

Matt Birney - I'm Matt Birney and this is Bulls N' Bears.
