Tim - But first here's Matt Birney with the ASX Runners of the Week, thanks to CPS Capital.
Matt Birney - Thanks Tim, well, Codrus Minerals tripled this week after farming into a rare earths and niobium project in WA’s Wheatbelt. Its shares rocketed to 21 cents from just 6.9 last Friday.
Matt Birney - Iceni Gold sparkled this week after unearthing a swag of gold nuggets over several kilometres near Laverton - which begs the question; where’s the mother-lode? Its shares touched 19 cents, up from just 6.4.
Matt Birney - Redstone Resources put on 180 per cent after hitting high-grade copper in WA’s eastern Goldfields. Its stock finished last week at just point 6 of a cent and got to 1.4 cents this week.
Matt Birney - Besra Gold kept the hits coming, soaring 150 per cent on bonanza grade gold drilling intercepts in Malaysia - its shares touching 10 cents this week after closing out last Friday at just 4 cents.
Matt Birney - Notably the gold price has put on over a 100 US dollars an ounce this month – potentially adding about $10m to the bottom line of a 100,000-ounce-a-year gold mining operation – no doubt giving the gold bulls something to smile about.
